Job Title: Cook/House Keeper

Responsibilities:

•   Menu planning

•   Recipe preparation

•   Managing Guest Houses as well as the management Clubhouse

•   Oversee stock of the Guest Houses and Management ClubHouse

•   Ensure Good Housekeeping

•   Attend to Guests

•   Perform any other duty as assigned

Requirement:

•   A diploma in catering or Hotel Management

•   Ability to cook Nigerian and continental meals

•   A minimum of 7-10 years experience in the hospitality Industry

•   Must be ready to work and live in Ologbo, Edo state
