DESCRIPTIONS

•   This delivery management role is client facing with overall accountability for the delivery of the service contracts and the customer experience.
•   A key member of the EMEA MCS Delivery Management team, reporting to the Service Delivery Director, continual service improvement will be a fundamental requirement of the role.
•   This role will be based in France

REQUIREMENTS
•   6 to 10 years Managed Service delivery leads experience.
•   ITIL v3 knowledge.
