Job Title: Management Accountant

Location: Lagos, Nigeria

Responsibilities:

•   Preparation of monthly, quarterly and yearly management accounts

•   Preparing and reviewing P&L and balance sheet reports.

•   Responsible for dealing with Treasure management.

•   Month/Year end income and expenditure forecasts.

•   Analysis financial performance.

•   Assist in budget preparation. Provide variance analysis from budget and commentary to assist forecasting and budgeting requirements.

Requirements:

•   BSc or HND Accounting/Finance.

•   Must be a Member of ICAN/ACCA.

•   Excellent communication and good report writing skills.

•   Advanced IT skills (especially in Excel) and ability to use QuickBooks accounting package is a MUST.

•   Able to manage change and risk.

•   Problem solving ability.

•   Strong team player.

•   Relevant experience in preparation of management accounts and understanding of IFRS.

•   First hand experience of planning, budgeting and forecasting.

•   Minimum of 5 years post NYSC. Work experience in outdoor advertising firm(s) is a strong added advantage.

•   Will need to demonstrate application of theoretical knowledge on relevant aspects of financial analysis into practice.

•   Excellent interpersonal skills.

•   Good planning and organisational skill.

•   Prioritise workload and meet strict deadlines.
