Responsibilities/Requirements:

•   The candidate will be responsible for the Development and Deployment of Work Programme, Strategic Planning and Data Production.

•   In addition, the candidate will ensure the use of ICT in the management of systems and processes towards service delivery.

•   He will coordinate the National Cost Database Centre and Construction Cost Database.

Qualifications:

•   A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Building Statistics, Economics, Office Technology Management, Secretarial Administration, Computer Science, Accounting and Social Sciences.

•   Minimum of 7 years post qualification experience in similar positions.

•   Possession of postgraduate degree such as M.Sc or/and Phd will be an advantage.

•   Registration with appropriate professional bodies will be an added advantage.

•   A good knowledge proficiency in various ICT applications is compulsory.
