Job Title: Program/Monitoring and Evaluation Officer

Location: Abuja, Nigeria

Responsibilities:

•   Responsible for coordinating the monitoring and evaluation of program activities; guiding the development, revision, and approval of the M&E plan; and ensuring regular collection, compilation, and reporting of accurate indicator data,

•   Assist in design and implementation of the programs to achieve the orqanization's objectives,

•   Assist in the development of the program narrative reports,

•   Assist ill the management of specific project activities.

Qualifications and Experience:

•   Bachelors Degree in statistics, demographics, public policy, international development, economics or related field;

•   Minimum of five years' experience in the monitoring and evaluation of international Democracy and Governance development project activities;

•   Demonstrated capacity to implement M&E activities, conduct research, analyze data and manage/use databases is required

•   Training experience including material development, design and implementation of training activities

•   Excellent oral and written 'communication skills in English

•   Ability to work with diverse international team and excellent interpersonal skills.

•   Computer proficiency in Microsoft
