The Farm Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing short & long term goals of the farm as a business, taking advantage of modern farming methods and techniques, adopting measures to benefit from government initiatives in agriculture, & ensuring the growth & profitability of the farm

Qualification / Experience / Skills:

•  B.Sc. or its equivalent in Agricultural Sciences, Agricultural Economics or Social Sciences

•  Possession of any professional certification in Agriculture & MBA will be an advantage

•  5 – 10 years cognate senior management experience

•  Communication and interpersonal relation skills

•  Candidates should not be less than 35 years old

Salary: Very attractive and compares favorably with industry standards
