Job Title: Regional Manager (North)  

Location: Abuja, Nigeria

Role Description: Regional Manager ( North )

Reports to: General Manager ( Operations )

Age: 35-40years

Major Responsibilities:

•   Drive Performance Management in the Region and enhance the quality of Performance measures used by the different lines of business units, branches and Regional offices.

•   Develop, grow and monitor Regional Retails liability and asset portfolios with the ultimate aim of ensuring that the Region remains profitable and competitive.

Qualification/ Experience/Skills:

•   Good first degree, an advanced qualification and Professional certification in Banking will be an added advantage.

•   At least 10 years experience in the banking industry.

•   Excellent written and verbal communication skills are desirable. Basic knowledge in Windows application is necessary.
