Remuneration: N2.4M – N3.6M pa +Comm + Car

Locations: Kano, Katsina, Nasarawa, Sokoto, Kaduna, Yobe and Benue.

The Job:

• Customer focused Selling skills that will generate sales from assigned territory

• Effective communication skills

• Create and execute an effective call plan in detailing health care professionals

• Utilize reporting tools provided to achieve territorial goals

• Communicate and collaborate with the Regional Business Manager on goals

• Build business relationships with assigned customers and acquire new ones

• Presentation Skills and participation at Clinical meetings

• Ability to assess business potential of existing and prospective customers

• Distribute samples to only licensed practitioners

• Demonstrate ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees

• Build and maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values

• Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all support departments

• Support the promotional activities behind your assigned products

Requirements:

• Minimum GPA of 3.0 or a Second class Lower

• Candidates should possess a minimum of 5 years post NYSC pharmaceutical sales experience with proven track record

• Candidates should currently be occupying Managerial/ Supervisory role in his/her company

• Candidate must reside within his/her territory of interest

• Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements

• Competent level of knowledge on the products to be an important and reliable source of information for health care professionals within the territory

• MUST have minimum of 6 years driving experience with a valid driver's licence
