Job Title: Automotive Service Manager

Job Description:

•   To launch new Workshop Facility of up to 22 bays plus mobile service. (First Phase)

•   Establish a new multi-cultural team of Technical staff to handle multi-franchise operations, building a strong quality culture and efficient process.

•   To oversee and launch up to 22 Lube Centres across the country over the next 3 years, plus a minimum of another 3 Main Workshop sites.

•   This role would be best as a bachelor position, but options may be discussed.

•   Only very sound, hands-on Service / Aftersales Managers that are very active should apply.

Desired Skills & Experience:

•   Service Management for at least 5 years.

•   Japanese Brand experience preferred.

•   Used to building / working with Multi-cultural teams in emerging markets
