A leading multi-national food production company are looking for an experienced Research and Development manager to join their team as Head of Research and Development, in Nigeria.

We are looking for someone with a strong background in "Snack Foods" and food sciences.

Responsibilities:

•         The development of high quality food products

•         Identifying potential new ideas and markets

•         Organise and conduct internal and external consumer sensory panels for new products

•         Constant interaction with legal agencies regarding new ingredients and formula's.

•         Maintaining a safe working environment at all times

Requirements:

•         5 years post degree experience in food product development

•         At least 2 years managerial experience in food research and development

•         Strong experience with 'Snack Foods'

•         Educated to degree level in Food Science or similar

•         Experience of working  or living in Africa would be an advantage
