Responsibilities:

•   Be responsible for writing the PFRI scope of work in the ITT which will cover pipelines, flowlines, jumpers, spools, sleds, SCR's, flex joints and Rigid Risers.

•   Review/convert the FEED deliverables such as PFRI equipment specifications, PFRI equipment data sheets, PFRI equipment manuals or PFRI operating and maintenance instructions into technical specifications in the ITT

•   Integrate FEED deliverables into an ITT package for BSWA Pipelines, flow lines and risers

•   Be responsible for writing the offshore installation scope in the ITT package which will include:FPSO tow to site,/ installation of SPM Offloading System, Mooring and Appurtenances, Pipelines, Flowlines, Risers, Subsea hardware and Umbilicals/ Be involved in Design Review, HAZOP, ITT, and Technical Bid Clarifications and Responses.Interface with all Heads of Disciplines, Discipline Engineers, Engineering Managers, Technical Delivery Manager, Projects Services Managers, Project Managers, Engineering and Asset Support Manager.

•   Write/Collate/edit, review/proofread technical documents such as specifications, equipment data sheets, equipment manuals, operating and maintenance instructions for the Pipelines, flow lines, risers and associated hardware (SLED/ PLET, etc)/review/proofread technical documents for the offshore installation scope/ technical ITT documents

•   Write/Collate/edit the general layout of discipline engineering work

•   Bring consistency and uniformity into disciplines deliverables for the Design Review, HAZOP, and ITT

•   Bring consistency and uniformity into disciplines deliverables during technical bid clarifications with bidders

•   Present scientific and technical writings such that average readers can comprehend

•   Organize technical materials and suggest ways to complete writing technical deliverables according to set standards regarding order, clarity, conciseness, style, and terminology

•   Maintain records and files of work and revisions

•   Suggest editing, standardization, or recommend changes to technical deliverables material prepared by discipline engineers to align with agreed order, clarity, and terminology

•   Review published materials and recommend revisions or changes in scope, format, content, and methods of reproduction and binding

•   Champion and seek opportunities for continuous improvements in FEED work flow efficiency, especially with technical documentation

•   Develop or maintain templates for documents in line with client l specifications, guidelines, style, and branding for documentation

•   Liaise with Quality Assurance discipline to ensure alignment between the QA/QC requirements and the technical specifications and scope of work in the ITT

•   Coordinate the response to technical queries during tender clarifications. Track and record all technical queries and support C&P in providing response to tenderers

Requirements:

•   Broad knowledge of deepwater subsea systems, subsea pipelines, flow lines and risers, operations, design, construction, testing, installation, pre- commissioning and commissioning support, as well as, offshore installation vessel operations

•   Good working knowledge of generating commercial and ITT related documentation with proven experience performing these tasks

•   Work with FEED team in the Lagos office for a period of 12 to 24 Months. Vendor shall submit proposal (Cost Time Resource) indicating:

•   Team proposed for scope delivery including: Detailed resume for each individual in the team/Costs (per work items as above). Proposal shall be reimbursable, with ceiling for each of the work items/ Man-hour rates for the proposed staff/ List of deliverables/ Activity plan, including kick-off meeting, weekly progress meetings and dates of draft and final submission/Total man-hours required for scope delivery
