Job Description:  – This position will focus on developing and championing key work processes to improve reliability and efficiency in the NMA D&C group.  – Assure Reliable drilling and completion equipment is deliver to rig sites. – Efficient operations are based on proper execution of operations that incorporate standard operating procedures, lessons learned and recommendations from previous operations.  – This individual will liaise with operations group and business partners to assure quality plans and standards are in place and followed.

Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering with a minimum of Second Class Lower Division.

Required Skills: Sound technical work experience as Drilling Superintendent, Drilling Team Lead or Engineering Manager, Operation Excellence focus, Team work and Mentoring skills.

Experience: Minimum of Twenty (20) years relevant post degree work experience (includes National Youth Service) in drilling and completion and drilling operations at a senior level.
