Job Description: – Support young horizon engineers to acquire competencies in drilling, completion engineering and well execution.  – Manage D&C training metric and report to Global D&C upstream as require.

Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering with a minimum of Second Class Lower Division.

Required Skills:  – Wide experience in both drilling engineering and well execution.  – Good mentoring skills, Analytical and problem solving skills.

Experience: Minimum of Fifteen (15) years relevant post degree work experience (includes National Youth Service) drilling engineering and well execution.
