Job description:

Under the leadership of the Offshore Maintenance Engineer:

•   Ensure that all materials in Client FPSO warehouse are managed through company CMIMS and that no "black stock" is held at anytime in the warehouse.

•   Assist the Material Controller to respond to urgent requests and changing priorities in accordance with the direction set out by the Offshore Maintenance Engineer. •

•   Implement and maintain safe, productive, and efficient working procedures to comply with organisational standards.

Materials Management:

•   Implement (as first assignment) the integration into SAP of all the materials purchased during tow to ensure that no material is kept in "black stock" in the FPSO warehouse.

•   Is responsible for all material integration issues on board the FPSO on a continuous basis.

•   Assist the Material Controller to mange all spare parts inventories, needs, requests and reports on board  FPSO.

•   Assist the Material Controller to coordinate the offloading of all spare parts from supply boats and also to backload all equipment/materials approved to be returned to Port.

•   Ensure reception in SAP (GR/GI) of all spare parts common / specific maintenance tools and the consumables arriving on the FPSO.

•   Is responsible to ensure that all spare parts ordered through Work Orders are promptly dispatched to the concerned Maintenance disciplines as soon as they are received on board.

•   Assist the Material Controller to ensure that all spare parts arriving through stock transfer for stock replenishment purposes are promptly received and GR/GI are carried out accordingly to ensure prompt stock update.

•   Ensure the storage and inventory of all specific tools kept on board the FPSO. Issue and maintain a clear offshore specific tool stock position file with tool identification, location, picture.

Lubricants/Consumables Management:

•   Ensure reception of the lubricants, chemical products, gas cylinder (...) purchased by CPY are compliant with all relevant statutory and Company HSE standards.

•   Assist the Material Controller to carry out weekly inventory of lubricants stock holding on board the FPSO.

•   Carry out weekly checks of the consumables for all disciplines and issues a stock position status report accordingly

Warehouse Methods:

•   Assist the Material Controller to ensure efficient space management in the FPSO warehouse.

•   Assist the Material Controller to conduct scheduled inventories of the warehouse stock holding and to issue a clear position status report.

•   Participate effectively to implement and follow the materials management procedure  to ensure efficient materials logistic processes betweenFPSO Warehouse and Port Warehouse.

•   Suggests improvement to the procedure where necessary.

•   In liaison with the Material Controller, ensure that the Lube Oil Management procedure is properly implemented and followed on Clients FPSO.

Requirements:

•   Appropriate maintenance knowledge. High degree of organization method.

•   Professional Experience (number of years): Minimum 3 years experience in Maintenance and/or in the warehouse organization.
