FUTO Varsity Website Is An Eyesore - futo.edu.ng

I visited the website of the Federal University of Technology, Owerri (FUTO). I don't have much comment than to call it an eye-sore. At times, we I visited websites of so-called Nigerian universities, what I see berate the aclaimed standard by the universities.
