Job Title: Workover / Intervention Superintendent

Our Client – A major international operator with world wide assets requires an Workover/Intervention Superintendent to join their established team in Nigeria on a rotational basis.

Job Description:

•   Provide leadership in subsurface well initial completion, intervention and workover activities

•   Plan, schedule and direct all well intervention operations

•   Supervise personnel

•   Provide operational and technical support

•   Work closely with EHS to insure Safety and Environment are priority one

•   Work closely with Drilling and Production field personnel for seamless operations and handovers

•   Mentor and help more junior staff grow into areas of additional responsibility

•   Provide overall direction for Operational Excellence through well defined planning, execution, and follow ups

•   Ensure appropriate assurance and review of the well intervention work plans

Candidate Requirements:

•   10 – 15 years minimum industry experience with strong management ability

•   Previous experience within African country
