Update on chaos in Rivers state

Unconfirmed reports this morning claimed that official activities were disrupted at the Rivers state Government House, Port Harcourt following the firing of teargas  by policemen.

Information Commissioner, Ibim Semenitari was quoted as saying the confusion affected government business.

"We are unable to conduct business in the Exco Chambers", she said.
