Job Title: Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities:

•   Shall be responsible to the Project Manager.

•   Shall head the Quantity Surveying Unit of the organization.

•   Shall head the stock/inventory unit of the organization.

•   Shall be responsible for costing, valuations, certifications, project financial reporting etc. .

•   Shall assist/advice the Project Manager on contractual documentation, attend project meetings, vet claims, variations and fluctuations ete.

•   Shall assist the Project Manager in the performance of his duties as may be directed by the General Manager.

•   Shall perform any other functions that may be allocated by the Project Manager.

Requirements:

In addition to the possession of the general requirement above, prospective candidate for this position is required to possess the following: .

•   B.Sc/HND in Quantity Surveyors

•   Cognate experience of 10 yrs in a construction outfit.
