Responsibilities:

•   Shall be responsible to the Project Manager.

•   Shall be responsible for pre and post contract architectural designs.

•   Shall take brief from clients and supervisors and translate to working drawings for site implementation.

•   Shall be responsible for compliance with both aesthetics and statutory requirement of all projects.

•   Shall assist the Project Manager in the performance of his duties as may be directed by the General Manager.

•   Shall perform any other functions to be allocated by the Project Manager.

Requirements:

In addition to the possession of the general requirement above, prospective candidate for this position is required to possess the following: .

•   M.Sc/B.Sc/HND in Architecture

•   Cognate experience of 10 yrs in a construction outfit.
