Job Title: Project Manager

Responsibilities:

•   Shall be responsible to the General Manager (Design and Construction).

•   Shall be the Head of all technical and field activities of the Organization.

•   Shall be responsible for the overall management and coordination of construction activities in all sites.

•   Shall coordinate the activities of all the technical units of the organization both at the offices and sites.

•   Shall draw up programs of work, construction milestone and target, internal and external contractual documentation, certification, project status report etc., for the action and approval of the General Manager for implementation.

•   Shall perform any other function allocated to her by the General Manager.

Requirements:

In addition to the possession of the general requirement above, prospective candidate for this position is required to possess the following:

•   B.Sc/B.Eng./HND in either Civil engineering, Architecture or Quantity Surveying with a master degree in Humanitarian/Management field.

•   Cognate experience of 15yrs in a construction outfit including 5 yrs in top managerial position.
