Ramadan Special: ‘Stop killings in Allah’s name’

An Islamic scholar, Sheik Abdulrahman Ahmad has called on the BokoHaram group to stop killing in the name of Allah as nobody has any justification to engage in killings and bombings in the name of Allah.

Ahmed who stated this while delivering a lecture at a Pre-Ramadan lecture organised by Positive FM radio station in Akure, Ondo State Capital, said if Prophet Muhammed was alive, he would have been the first person to condemn the dreaded group.

Ahmad, who was represented by the Chief Imam of Ansarud-deen Central Mosque, Wuse II, Abuja branch, Olaoye Musa said "Allah does not teach the use force on people in joining Islam." He also berated political, religious leaders and parents, saying they have all failed in ensuring peace in the country.
