The Person:

•   Degree-qualified In Estate Management or any related property management discipline (possession of a relevant post-graduate degree will be an advantage)

•   At least 10 years' experience in property management and valuation

•   Registered with and a member of relevant bodies such as NIESV and ESVARBON

The Role:

Reporting to the Director of Administration, you will work directly with the management team to plan and execute the overall management of the institution's properties.

You will:

•   Manage the timely provision of property support services

•   Effectively screen and oversee vendors and contractors
