Job Title: Project Manager

Requirements:

•   A University degree in Civil / Structural engineering or Architecture with a minimum of Second Class Lower Division

•   Must have at least 7 years in project management (civil & architectural)

•   High proficiency in computer especially in Microsoft Suite, AutoCAD / ArchiCAD + 3D Max will be an advantage

•   Must have good knowledge in architectural drawings

•   Ability to manage and supervise subcontractors and materials suppliers

•   Proactive and self-motivated with excellent planning and negotiation skills

•   Good communication skills
