•   A University degree with a minimum of Second Class Lower Division or Upper Credit

•   Must have at least 6 years marketing experience with a technicla background

•   Must be creative and innovative.

•   The person for this job must be result driven and ability to work under pressure to achieve set objectives.

•   Excellent communication skills

•   Effective / efficient interpersonal relationship skills

•   Must be computer literate

•   Must have deep knowledge of construction costs and procurement process.

•   Ability to work, under pressure.

•   Architectural background is added advantage
