Further Information:

•   Applicant will work as part of a dedicated task force playing a leading role in the detail design, specification & procurement of rotating machinery including Centrifugal and Reciprocating Compressors, Steam and Gas Turbines, Pumps, Fans and Gear boxes therefore shall be conversant with international European and American standards such as API, ASME, ANSI, ISO & NFPA and company standards used by major Petroleum Companies as applicable to rotating machinery together with working experience of rotor dynamics, dynamic Simulation, compressor surge control.

•   They will be actively involved in internal and vendor progress meetings, hazop meetings, document and drawing reviews, will perform internal liaison with discipline such as process, projects management, civil, piping, instrumentation, controls, electrical, metallurgy, procurement, inspection, commissioning, transport, construction, as well as visiting vendor workshop for meetings and equipment testing.

•   Moreover he should be able to train people on the machines on which he is involved

•   Working knowledge and experience of auxiliaries such as compressor surge & performance controllers, dry gas seals, electronic governor, vibration and bearing temperature-monitoring equipment, lube & seal oil system and a coustic enclosure.
