Job Title: Receptionist

Location: Abuja, Nigeria  

Employer: Association for Reproductive and Family Health (ARFH)

Deliver excellent customer service at all times which include:

•   Receive visitors and correspondences and direct them accordingly, maintain relevant databases, deal with all enquiries (in person, on the telephone or via e-mail) in a professional and courteous manner.

•   Provide support to preparation and writing of minutes of meetings, make photocopies, scan and bind documents, and support in transport scheduling of drivers.

Requirements:

•   Minimum qualifications is HND or degree in Business Admin, Social sciences, Secretarial Studies and other relevant courses with at least 2 years similar working experience in a corporate organization.

•   Must have ability to handle multiple tasks and manage stress and also with good communication skills.
