Roles and responsibilities:

1. Responsible for ensuring day to day operations / distribution activities such as shipment ordering, booking space, and follows up preparing bills of loading, customs declaration etc. and keeps records of any discrepancies of products received or distributed.

2. Responsible on the product storage conditions and ensures the optimization of unaccountable losses and damage to stock. Equally accountable to apply safety policies & procedures in terms of storage rows and transportation condition. In General he / she is responsible on the safety of people and goods in his area of responsibilities.

3. Support the Logistics/PPO Manager regarding management of local suppliers and related purchasing activities including consolidation of requirements, bidding, negotiations, contracting; performance tracking as well as ordering for Nigeria.

4. Manages the Distributors in of respect FIFO method and making sure all transactions (entrance and deliveries) are accurately recorded on time in the books and also in the IT databases.,Nigeria

Skill set:  – Computer literate. – Minimum of 2 years experience in related field.

Work experience: 4

Highest qualification: B.Eng
