Brevan oil and gas services are currently looking for a Projects Director to work with their client at their Fabrication and Ship Yard in Lagos Nigeria.

Our client specialises in heavy structural steel fabrication and construction for the offshore Oil and Gas industry, including FPSO topsides, jackets, decks, risers, well head platforms etc

This position is a long term permanent position working direct for our client at their Ship Yard and fabrication facility just outside of Lagos.

Purpose / Role: Provides leadership to the project management team, which comprises the project managers, procurement, project controls, contracts management, quality assurance/quality control and health/safety and environment teams to ensure the safe and successful completion of the project within the parameters of time, budgets and quality (CSSQ). Stand-in for individual Project Manager's as and when required.

• Master's degree from an accredited university or equivalent work experience.

• 20+ year's experience and solid knowledge of the EPC Oil & Gas sector.

• Demonstrable experience in the project management of EPC projects.

• Solid track record of successful delivery of EPC projects against contract

• Awareness and sensitivity to multinational exposures and cultures.

• Proven interpersonal and relationship building skills.

• Excellent leadership skills – build the Project team into a dedicated and enthusiastic unit.

• Commercial leadership

Rotation: 10 weeks on 3 weeks off
