Job Title: Regional Manager – Hospital and Institutions – Nigeria

Location: Lagos, Nigeria

Job Description:

• Achievement of the assigned total and product wise sales targets

• Product registration at the Hospitals & Institutions

• Manages a team of Medical Reps covering hospitals & institutions

• Distributor Management and Control on Account Receivables'

• Coaching, Counselling, Training the medical reps to develop the team

• Felid Visits jointly to the reps territory

• Monitoring and providing feedback on the reps reports

• Competition and Market feedback, conducting periodic market surveys

Minimum Qualifications: B.Pharm/BSc Life Sciences

Minimum Experience: 2 years experience in a managerial position in a multinational pharmaceutical company specifically handling hospital & Institutional sales

Job Specific Skills: Good communication and presentation skills, aggressive, good Leadership and interpersonal skills, good man management skills
