1. Executive Chef

Requirements:

•   Not less than 10 years experience

•   Extensive knowledge of Kitchen Management

•   Able to plan meals

•   Tackle bulk Menus

•   Able to manage a Kitchen Staff Strength of 16 staff

2. Assistant Lounge/Restaurant Manager

Requirements:

•   Not less than 7 years experience

•   B.SC/HND in related field

3. Continental Cook

4. Pastry Cook

5. National Cook

6. Waiters/Waitresses

Requirements:

•   Good looking.

•   Must be living around Lekki, Yaba, Oworonshoki & Surulere axis of Lagos.

7. Purchasing manager

Requirements:

•   B.Sc purchasing and supply

•   Must be matured female

•   Not less than 7 years working experience

8. Accountant

Requirements:

•   B.Sc Accountancy or related field

•   Not less than 7 years knowledge of Hospitality accounting process

•   Must have above average knowledge of excel and peachtree packages

•   Must be prepared to work extra hours

•   ICAN Certificate a plus
