2011 ICTP Programmes for Training and Research in Italian Laboratories (TRIL)

The Abdus Salam International Centre for Theoretical Physics (the Abdus Salam ICTP) will offer in the years 2011 - 2012 a number of grants to scientists from Developing Countries (Central and Eastern Europe included) interested in taking part in the training and research activities in the field of Science and Technology for Geothermal Energy

The minimum amount of these grants will be Euro 1,400 per month and stays longer than twelve months may be possible. Limited funds for travel expenses will be available in case these are not covered by other sources. Health insurance coverage will be provided for visitors and their accompanying family members. A monthly family allowance for those having dependant family members will be granted.

Method of Application:
The applicants should submit the Application Form completed in dark legible print or type and attach the requested documents.

- Completing and returning the attached Application Form (Text) or TRIL Application Form (PDF) in duplicate copy, providing all the documents requested and any additional information they deem relevant;
- Giving a priority list of the laboratories in which they are interested;
- Giving indicative preferred dates of their visit.

2011 ICTP Programme Field: Recent Developments in Science and Technology for Renewable Energy

This is another training opportunity announced under Training and Research in Italian Laboratories (T.R.I.L.) Programme by the Abdus Salam International Centre for Theoretical Physics (the Abdus Salam ICTP) to offer a number of grants to scientists from Developing Countries (Central and Eastern Europe included) interested in taking part in the training and research activities in the field "Recent Developments in Science and Technology for Renewable Energy"
