The 2012 African Nation Cup football qualifier match between Ethiopia national football team and the Super Eagles of the Nigeria, ended in a draw, with two goals apiece. The Super Eagles couldn't outshine their Ethiopian counter-path in Addis ababa on Sunday, in the 2012 African Nation Cup football qualifier, despite beating the Argentines national team four days ago.

It is believed by many that, after Super Eagles impressive performance against the Argentines, the Ethiopians will be overrun by them.

Many Ethiopians were happy at the outcome of the match, even though it ended in a draw. They went home satisfied with the match, even though, Ethiopia's chance of qualifying for the African Nation Cup is slim.

Drawing 2-2 was not bad for the new coach, Tom Saintfiet of Belgium, who only had 10 days to get to know the players, train and then face the Super Eagles.
