MTN Nigeria Communications Limited is currently recruiting for the following position(s):

Job Title: Team Lead, Business Analysis
Department: Information Systems
Location:  Lagos

Job Description:    
•Guide/supervise requirements analysis activities within the business
•Identify and/or audit product proposals, business requirements, existing policies and technologies
•Lead development / documentation/ enhancement of business processes
•Manage business process improvement initiatives especially with regards to product development

Job Conditions:   
•   Standard MTNN office environment.
•   Often required to work extra hours to achieve objectives

Reporting To:   Product Development Manager
Employment Status: Permanent

Required Skills:   
•At least 4 years general business experience, including:
•Formal business analysis, automated function process and data modelling experience
•Business analysis experience in a Customer Care or Marketing environment is an added advantage
•Project management experience and exposure to formal requirements, design processes and enterprise architecture frameworks e.g. NGOSS is a distinct advantage

Qualification: A first degree in Computer Science, Information Technology/Systems or related field from a reputable institution.
