South African legend Mark Fish has faulted the Bafana Bafana's inability to curtail Nigeria's Chelsea winger Victor Moses in their 2-0 loss to Nigeria in the Mandela Challenge.
.
Fish who was capped 62 times by the Bafana Bafana revealed that they were too scared to close down the former Wigan Athletics and Crystal Palace winger whose introduction changed the Eagles attack.
.
"The introduction of Moses changed the play of the game," Fish stated.
.
"We were too scared to close him down and we didn't make the right passes and tackles in the third half of the pitch."
.
A second half brace from VVV Venlo's striker Uche Nwofor ensured the Super Eagles avenged their 2-1 loss in 2004 at the Moses Mabhida Stadium in Durban South Africa Wednesday night and extended their dominance over South Africa.
