Job Description:

•   Identify and develop sources of potential clientso    

•   Develop and maintain relationships with clients to gain commitment.

•   Research and Database management.

•   Maintain regular contact with Key Clients

•   Act as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers/developers, generally representing one or the other.

•   Provide strategies that would help boost business.

•   Achieving the company's monthly target as well as exceeding sales targets.

•   Provide team with all the marketing and sales support tools required for success.

•   Design and facilitate convincing presentation to clients    

•   Compile a weekly status report on marketing activities in line

•   To contribute significantly to achieving set goals and objectives of the team/department.

•   To contribute significantly to the Marketing team responsibilities of implementing strategies contributing to achieving sales goals

•   To implement marketing activities and policies

•   Coordinate with participation in promotional activities,

•   Working with developers and clients to market brand and products

•   Track and monitor feed back to potential client

•   Perform administrative tasks such as maintaining records, reviewing and responding to related business correspondences
