Key Requirements:

•   Impressive experience in commercial contract review/drafting and negotiation or any related legal issues.

•   Knowledge of Legal and contractual laws governing projects

•   Competent in written and oral communication in English

•   High proficiency in MS Office applications

•   Ability to work in a team oriented environment

•   Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Minimum Qualification: LLM, B.L, with at least 5 years post call experience
