Job Objectives: Responsible for launch, sale, adoption and profitability of a new product/solution for mobile banking/payments.

Duties and Responsibilities:

•   Signing all Nigerian banks as participating banks( banks will be resellers of the solution hardware to their customers and also activate the solution for users at bank branches)

•   Build retail chain through distributorship contract with major supermarkets, dealers of mobile phone handsets, schools, religious organisation/worship centres,etc

•   Maintain a robust distribution channels for the of product

•   Liaising with media agency and the the media community to create awareness and visibility for the product

•   Liasing with market unions and groups to get buy-in and acceptance of the product

•   Budgeting, and partnership management, ability to drive excellence through continuous improvement

Key Performance Indicator: To be agreed with Job holder

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Education University:

•   First degree(s) in Business Management or Marketing or social sciences or Technology related courses.

•   Possession of additional degree in marketing or an MBA will be an added advantage

Experience: Hands on in core Product Management and sales function especially in the financial and telecommunication sectors.

Key Competency Requirements:

Knowledge:

•    Technical knowledge in selling financial products.

•    Very good knowledge of distributorship and chain management   

Skill/Competencies:

•    Strong communication skills

•    Strong interpersonal skills.

•    Deductive reasoning abilities and eye for details.

•    Persuasive
