Job Title: Guest Service Agent/Receptionist

Location: Lagos, Nigeria

Minimum Qualification: B.Sc/BA Degree in Computer Science, Social or Management Sciences

Required Experience: No experience required. We only need graduands of either 2011/2012 or 2012/2013 NYSC batches for interview and possible recruitment.

Responsibilities:

The Guest Service Agent/Receptionist's responsibilities will include but not limited to the following:-

•    Greet and register incoming guests.

•    Process guest folios and collect payment.

•    Administer and manage cash handling responsibilities.

•    Handle guest requests and concerns promptly and with courtesy.

•    Assist guests with any inquiries regarding local entertainment, restaurants or transportation.

•    Maintain efficient and effective flow of information with guests and all internal departments.

•    Handle additional duties as needed by guests or management.

Qualifications and Requirements:

The candidate will have:

•    B.Sc/BA Degree in Computer Science, Social or Management Sciences

•    Must be FRESH GRADUANTS of either 2011/2012 or 2012/2013 NYSC batches. Zero work experience required.

•    Ability to interface with all types of guests

•    Customer service experience

•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
