Job Title: Compliance Manager  

Location: Lagos, Nigeria

We are a leading and reputable organisation implementing a comprehensive family focused health/diseases prevention, care and treatment in partnership with large organisations. We require the services of dynamic professionals for the position.

Responsibilities:

•   S/he will conduct regular audit to determine the accuracy of financial transactions and compliance with policies and guidelines

•   Develops audit programme and internal control system for the organization's business activity areas

•   Evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of the internal control system and recommend improvements as necessary

Requirements:

•   Degree or HND in accounting,

•   Membership of professional accounting bodies: ACA or ACCA CPA.

•   A minimum of 3yrs experience developing and applying internal controls system in a dynamic & multicultural environment

•   Excellent interpersonal skills

•   Excellent communication skills

•   Self-driven with high sense of quality, efficiency and respect for deadlines

•   Demonstrate precision in work and attention to details

•   A team player, strong computer skills including windows
