OAU is embarking on full on-line automation of its processes and services with the launch of its INTEGRATED PORTAL SERVICE. This integrates functional ICT services and applications of the Computer Center, Registry, Bursary, CDL, Student Affairs, student records, admissions, DWMS, Health Center into a unified interface.

In furtherance of the University's policy of digitalization of her records, members of staff are hereby informed that this process is taking off with members of staff creating and managing their personal files and records.

All OAU staff will need to activate (or in some rare cases of omission, create) their profile within the specified time:

[August 26 – September 9, 2013] as all university transactions and notifications will henceforth be done on this platform.

Please ensure that you change your default password.

Heads of Departments/Units are kindly requested to bring this information to the attention of their staff members.

These are the steps to get started:

1.   Please click here:  and fill the form to obtain your initial login information. You will be provided with a username and a password which will be used in Step 4.

2.   If you get the error  "A staff corresponding to the information provided was not found in our records", It means your records have not yet been uploaded. DO NOT PANIC!!!

Fill the form on this site: and wait for 24 hours and try Step 1 again.

3.   Otherwise proceed to Step 4.

4.   Next, click here  to update and activate your profile.

5.   If you wish to change your initial password click here
