Job Title: Front Desk Officer

Location: Lagos, Nigeria

Responsibilities:

•   Answer internal phone calls and act on information accordingly

•   Develop and manage good relationship with the customers and visitors

•   Receives mails, dispatch mails, and keep records of all incoming correspondence

•   Handling general enquires and customers' complaints and address them if possible

•   Direct customer and visitors appropriately and not shabbily

•   Data management activities

Qualifications and Requirements:

•   BA or B.Sc degree in relevant discipline.

•   0-2 years post NYSC relevant working experience.

•   Good communication skills
