Job Title: Head, Marketing and Customer Relations

Locations: Ikeja – Lagos, Nigeria

Role Summary: Enterprise Marketing and Customer Relations Management through leading the planning, execution, monitoring & control of the company's marketing plan to achieve sales targets and market share objectives.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

1.   Formulate and execute a comprehensive and fully integrated marketing plan.

2.   Develop marketing strategies to target relevant prospects segments and ensure their conversion to sales (Students/Clients) to meet sales target.

3.   Conduct appropriate market/product researches in support of our business goals

4.   Monitor and control centre marketing activities, expenses, results and other targets periodically

Qualification & Experience:

•   Candidate must hold B.Sc/HND, Marketing or from any other Social Sciences discipline. MBA could be an added advantage

•   Minimum 5 years experience at Head of Function Level in a reputable company that include Marketing and Customer Relations Management.

•   Excellent leadership, Communication, Customer Service, Project Management and HR Skills.

•   Demonstrable capacity to plan, present and implement budgets.

•   Proven track record of performance.

•   Possess HiiT ICT Proficiency License.
