Description:

•   This position is the principal custodian of our real estate common platform product.

•   The ideal candidate must have some background in software project management and marketing.

•   The candidate must also have excellent verbal and written communication and inter-person skills.

•   Working experience in the Nigerian real estate industry is a big plus.

Key Responsibilities:

•   Take ownership of the business direction and growth of our real estate common platform solution.

•   Prepare proposal documents for potential clients

•   Present direct-pitches to potential clients

•   Plan and host periodic client user groups

•   Plan and present periodic product road map to senior management

•   Prepare business requirement documents

•   Plan and supervise client training workshops

•   Prioritize product feature release

Basic Qualification:

•   Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or Marketing

•   2 years creating business plans, business requirement documents and proposals as part of a product or service delivery unit.

•   1 year project management experience

•   MBA is a big plus

•   PMP Certification is a big plus
