Responsibilities, Skills and Requirements:  

•   System Service Engineer: Angola or Nigeria: Staff Role

•   The System Services Engineer works in our customer installed base located in North andWest Africa. He's in charge of the following key missions.

•   Ensure Services missions: Startup and commissioning, repair, after-sales support, diagnostic, consulting and investigation in relation with customers;

•   Be part of other activities related to our services contracts : Maintenance and on-call support.

•   Exceptionally, provide technical training to customers.

•   Work and collaborate closely with sales team.

The "System Services Engineer" is the main technical customer contact. He's in charge of various tasks :

•   Prepare and organize the customer visit – Technical assistance – Startup and commissioning – Expertise, diagnostic and repair – Hotline assistance through Helpdesk

•   Be able to understand the customer process

•   Participate to the safety customer meeting and follow all the site safety rules

•   Promotion of activity "On site Engineer"

•   Evaluation of business potential and opportunities for EMR

The "System Services Engineer" is in constant link with Sales department (Key Account Manager) in order to make up regular information from the field. He is a self governing person with ability to work in a multicultural environment.
