Requirements:

•   HND/B.Sc in computer related field with at-least upper credit/2nd Class upper division (2.2) a from reputable institution.

•   Good communication skills -written and verbal

•   NYSC Certificate is an added advantage

•   Good IT skills

•   High degree of integrity

•   Good inter personal skills

•   Healthy and physically fit

•   Have CAN DO attitude, exhibiting our core

The Role:

The Successful candidate will be required to:

•   Ensure achievement of MORTGAGE SEC sales of stocks for the territory.

•   Work with team and Training Dept and HR to build personal sales capability

•   Ensure sales out of distributors/market share growth is achieved via monitoring & excellent execution of promotions.

•   Ensure promotional activity is in the right outlets and well managed. Has to keep and update a database of outlets within the territory.

•   Responsible for ensuring the retail redistribution standards are adhered to by clients.

•   Ensure at a minimum, once a quarter review of MORTGAGE routes, inclusion of new outlets

•   Manage Recommended Price Compliance in outlets

•   Ensure effective customer/ business development to counter competitive activities in the territory

•   Have accountability for POS materials deployed in sales territory. Field of Study (if applicable): Sales, marketing or business operations.

•   Professional Training and Certification: Business training and solution selling

•   Technical certifications a plus

•   Strong account management and business planning skills
