Pre-Registration Formalities for 2013-2014 Admission

All candidates who have been admitted as per our 2013/2014 Admission List on the website are hereby advised to pay acceptance fees immediately and report to the Admissions Office  with originals and photocopies of their documents for preliminary admission formalities.

NOTE: Acceptance fee: N15,000.00
Verification fee:   N2,000.00

The exercise takes place as follows:

DATE: Monday, September 02, 2013 – Friday, September 13, 2013
TIME:  8.00a.m. – 4.00p.m. each day.

FOLLOW THE PROCEDURE BELOW:
• buy an FU-Otuoke Acceptance e-Pin Slip from any of the following banks:
(i) Within Yenagoa:
- First Bank Yenagoa branch
- Eco Bank Yenagoa branch
- Skye Bank Yenagoa branch
- Zenith Bank Yenagoa branch
- Diamond Bank Yenagoa branch

(ii) Other parts of Nigeria:
- Diamond Bank
- Skye Bank

• go to http://www.fuotuoke.ac and click on (Admission/Clearance Procedure) or http://www.fuotuoke.ac/adminclear/
• your existing details filled in the Post-UTME Form will be used.
• fill in any details required in the empty spaces provided. Ensure you provide accurate and up-to-date information.

Candidates who fail to comply within this time limit will have their places filled by other candidates in the waiting list.
