CRUTECH 2013/2014 Supplementary/Direct Entry Post-JAMB Screening Exercise

CROSS RIVER UNIVERSITY OF TECHNOLOGY, CALABAR SUPPLEMENTARY/DIRECT ENTRY POST JAMB SCREENING EXERCISE FOR 2013/2014 ADMISSIONS

This is to inform all prospective candidates who did not choose Cross River University of Technology (CRUTECH) in the last JAMB Registration and all those who made the University their first or second choice, but missed the aptitude test that they should log on to the University website: and click the supplementary and direct entry link (

) for their online registration upon payment of N5,000 (outside bank charges) in any First Bank branch and any branch of Enterprise Bank in Nigeria.

Also, all candidates who filled CRUTECH in their Direct Entry forms for 2013/2014 admissions are requested to register online too, for the screening exercise upon payment of N3,000 (outside bank charges). In any First Bank Branch and any branch of Enterprise Bank in Nigeria.

The courses available for supplementary are:
1.   Faculty of Agriculture: Agricultural Economics and Extension, Agronomy, Animal Science, Fisheries and Aquatic Sciences and Forestry and Wildlife Management.

2.   Faculty of Basic Medical Sciences: Human Anatomy, Human Physiology and Medical Biochemistry.

3.   Faculty of Education:
(A). Biology Education, Chemistry Education, Physics Education, Mathematics Education, Technical Education, Agricultural Education, Business Education (Accounting Option), Business Education (Management Option).
(B). Guidance and Counselling, Elementary Education, Educational Administration and Planning.

I.   Faculty of Engineering: Wood Product Engineering.
II.   Faculty of Environmental Sciences: Visual Arts Technology.
III.   Faculty of Management Sciences: Hospitality and Tourism Management.
IV.   Faculty of Science: Biology, Microbiology, Chemistry, Physics, Biochemistry, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics.

NOTE THAT:
(i) Only candidates who scored 180 and above in the 2013/2014 JAMB examination are eligible for the aptitude test.
(ii) Candidates who do not attend the screening exercise will not be admitted into CRUTECH.

The date for the Supplementary Aptitude Test is Saturday September 28, 2013 at 8:00a.m

Direct Entry Screening is Thursday September 19, 2013, at 8:00a.m

(ii) Online registration for Direct Entry ends midnight of Tuesday, 17th September, 2013 while Supplementary ends midnight of Thursday 26th September, 2013.
