About SMATS:

This is a 2 year program where qualified candidates will be expected to write the Saro Aptitude Test to determine their academic qualities after which they go through a rigorous interview process where the focus will be more on their character and compliance with the Saro core values. Upon recruitment the successful candidates go to the "Saro School" where for six weeks they go through a crash course in Business Administration with special focus on Marketing and basic Finance. Thereafter they are posted to any of the subsidiary of the company where they will gain hands-on real life experience in managing key functions of the business.

The program is challenging and meant to get the best from the best minds. After the 2 year traineeship successful candidates go on to become Managers within the organization.
