About SGTS:

This is our yearly recruitment scheme for fresh graduates who meet our minimum academic and age requirements.

Here too candidates are expected to write a qualifying aptitude test and also sit for interviews after which the successful ones go through a 1-week induction course where the business of the company is introduced to them.

They are posted to any of the companies within the group to gather immediate work experience. After a six-month period they are re-appraised and successful candidates are confirmed as full staff of the company.
