Job description:

•   Double checking billing files (TTFILEs, SMS billing files, TAP files, etc.) transfer, CDRs loading and data availability before producing reports.

•   Strictly following validation procedures before publishing reports.

•   Backup of reports.

•   Daily reporting to the MIS Team Leader.

•   Reporting to the TBO Lead on weekly and monthly basis or whenever requested;

•   Provide technical support to the end-users when needed.

•   Provide documentation for developed applications or reports (code commenting, developer's guide, users' guide and operation manual).

•   Create business areas of analysis under Business Intelligence Server whenever requested.

•   Elaborate and modify procedures

•   Participates in the analysis of users reporting and analysis requirements

•   Give recommendations for MIS evolution

Desired Education: B.Sc in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering

Required:

•   Bachelor's Degree

•   At least 2 years experience in Database management and design theoretical skills

•   At least 2 years experience in at least one relational database management system with a strong knowledge of SQL standard language

•   At least 2 years experience in at least one programming language (Java, Visual Basic, VBA...)

•   At least 2 years experience in shell scripting (Perl, Bash script, MS-DOS scripting)

•   At least 2 years experience in Telecoms Networks and nodes

•   At least 2 years experience in reading, writeing and understanding technical documentation

•   At least 2 years experience in Strong data analysis capacity

•   English: Fluent

•   French: Basic knowledge

Preferred:

•   Master's Degree

•   At least 3 years experience in Database management and design theoretical skills

•   At least 3 years experience in at least one relational database management system with a strong knowledge of SQL standard language

•   At least 3 years experience in at least one programming language (Java, Visual Basic, VBA...)
